Wrongfully assuming AI code is being used

Hello, I have been adding aria-label(s) to buttons in my project and I noticed that it says I have spent 10 minutes AI coding when I haven't used AI at all today. Is autocomplete falsely triggering it?

I am on version 25.1.1.

edit: should probably specify that I was on version 25.1.0 for most of the time before the creation of this issue but when I saw it still happening when I updated, I created it

Yes, we just released the AI Coding category, it's probably detecting autocomplete as AI pasting code. We'll release a fix soon!

Does it still happen? It could have been a known bug in v25.1.0 if it's no longer happening in v25.1.1? Both versions were released today.

Yes, it still happens. Although, I think it happens less this time.

Hello, happened to me as well. I was coding without AI assistance and saw few minutes of AI coding displayed. Happened after using an autocomplete in VSCode, multi-line one.

I believe it happened after having used HTML5 markup generation (autocomplete). I wasn't paying attention until I saw mins of AI coding displayed but that was the multi-line autocomplete I used prior to seeing that. See screencast :
