Priorities for "Search project files..." (cmd+p)

It would be very helpful for people working in a monorepo to be able to set priorities to the search files panel.
E.g. to show files, which paths fuzzy matches both the search query and the one from the settings.

As I see it, it can be implemented as a setting like

file_search_priorities: [
  "commerce/pricing-api",
  "commerce"
 ]

If the person's team stores projects inside "commerce" subdirectory of a monorepo and they're currently working on the "pricing-api" project then it would be helpful to set up this kind of setting.
