🚀 Complete Vital Signs Monitor System

This PR adds a comprehensive vital signs monitoring system with the following features:

🔧 ESP32 Firmware

  • Real-time sensor data acquisition (ECG, GSR, Respiratory)
  • WebSocket server for data transmission
  • Optimized pin configuration for ESP32-WROOM-DA
  • Comprehensive logging and error handling

📊 Frontend Application

  • React-based real-time data visualization using SciChart.js
  • Advanced HRV metrics calculation (SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50, LF/HF, nn50, triangularIndex, stressIndex, vagalTone)
  • Enhanced respiratory metrics (tidal volume, minute volume, flow rates, medical assessment scores)
  • Session recording with phase-based analysis (Initial 25%, Main 50%, Final 25%)
  • Firebase integration for cloud logging
