Await account2.getAddress() in fees script for correct address resolution

• Replaced synchronous usages of account2.getAddress() with awaited calls in scripts/fees.ts.
• Updated three spots: feeJuiceRecipient assignment, log after deploy, and FeeJuicePaymentMethod instantiation.
• Prevents passing a Promise where an address is required and aligns with usage pattern in scripts/deploy_contract.ts.
