Describe the changes you have made in this PR -
Added Feature to allow users to schedule custom reminders (as many as they like, for any beacon that has not expired). A notification will be used to remind them. DateTime, title and message (of the notification) will be chosen by the users themselves. (A default reminder (1 hr before starting) is also set, while creating or joining a beacon).
