1. Fixed issue with signature calculation for the Request sent using Redirect binding when RelayState is not empty. 2. Added function to get all the values for that attribute. 3. Added functions to build AuthnRequest body for POST binding. 4. Made changes to avoid empty DigestMethod tag when generating metadata.

the latest sync with the parent repo was on Apr 11, 2019. Since then the original repo disclosed 2 Critical vulnerabilities and committed fixes for it.
