Note

Adds extensive upgrade/design docs: MXP module redesign (incl. MCOPY) and EIP notes across Cancun, Paris, Shanghai, and Pectra networks.

• Modules:
  • MXP redesign: Detailed spec, scenarios, pricing/expansion logic, lookups, and notes; introduces MCOPY design and related MMU handling.
  • Misc notes: mod.md (EUC delegation mention) and trm.md (WCP delegation note).
• Network Upgrades Docs:
  • Cancun: EIP-1153, 4788, 4844, 5656, 6780, 7516.
  • Paris/Shanghai: EIP-3675, 4399; EIP-3651, 3855, 3860, 4895.
  • Pectra v1: EIP-2537, 2935, 6110, 7002, 7251, 7549, 7623, 7685, 7691, 7702, 7840; plus a notes index.
• Project:
  • Add upgrade docs template at _upgrades/network/template.md.
