This PR adds a new endpoint to report Data Availability protocols and their TVS.
The TVS is calculated by summing the TVL of all chains using a particular DA as their DA layer.
I’ve marked this as Draft because I don’t yet know how to test my code. I more or less coded this by looking at other similar sections in the codebase and by digging into the frontend to get a sense of how things work.
how can I test this? is there a way to mock the data locally or run it in a staging environment?
