Description of directories:
- data: small data files that can be distributed with the repository are here. Other data files may be available on request
- mesh: the shapefiles and gmsh .geo files to recreate the meshes. Note the fld files used in mesh creation are too large, but easily generated.
- sims: all model run scripts and set ups are in here. No model outputs are available here.
- scripts: a number of post-processing script, including plotting, visualsation and analysis. A mix of python, R and bash scripting.
