Feature/bump pybotx and pydantic

• bump pybotx version
• bump pydantic version
• remove all pydantic v1 dependencies
• refactor RPCRouter
• refactor openapi utils
• add methods to patch FastAPI generated openapi by RPCRoter args
• add extra tests
• remove black and we-make-python-styleguide
