debugging IIS libharbour.dll

Include this flag in modharbour.hbp

-dflag=/DEBUG:FULL

This will generate a libharbour.pdb and a libharbour.dll with debug information inside

When the GPF ocurrs, IIS will launch the Visual Studio Debugger and the call stack will show the libharbour.dll symbols
