After some discussion in https://github.com/orgs/GitbookIO/discussions/1055, it’s been brought up that Plausible is a cookie-less tracking solution that still operates legally under GDPR. This means the previous PR to gate Plausible from tracking unless visitors opted into cookie tracking prevents users from using Plausible in it’s intended way.
This PR fixes and reverts this change.
