It is a very outdated distribution of mingw and projects no longer compile with it.

minimingw is very outdated and it no longer works: nmehost/minimingw#1. We should stop recommending it as it's causing users to run into errors: HaxeFoundation/haxe.org-comments#136 (comment) HaxeFoundation/haxe.org-comments#30 (comment) HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#789
