Adding SpiderMonkey v128 as additional version

• Have you built your formula locally with HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew install --build-from-source <formula>, where <formula> is the name of the formula you're submitting?
• Is your test running fine brew test <formula>, where <formula> is the name of the formula you're submitting?
• Does your build pass brew audit --strict <formula> (after doing HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew install --build-from-source <formula>)? If this is a new formula, does it pass brew audit --new <formula>?

In CouchDB we embedding SpiderMonkey, but we are not ready to use v140 yet, because there are again additional API internal changes ...

Homebrew version of couchdb also disable spidermonkey... Do you have any plan for enable it?

We are on the way of deprecating spidermonkey (no official decission yet) and a possible replace candidate is QuickJS. For developing, we still use SpiderMonkey, but not yet v140.
