Made this little PR to match the formatting of the main LTX-video repo and to add deployment notes.
a) Centered the title and buttons in the main readme
b) Moved the release notes to a separate file for a cleaner feel
c) Guidance for deploying ComfyUI with LTX-Video flows on Linux. The deployment script includes 2 flows which successfully generate videos from both text and an image (separately)
