I was actually about to ask if the author would accept a MR with something like this. @MaciekTalaska would you consider merging this? |

@ror6ax Yeah, it's been a while since I opened this. I might just start maintaining it on my end if the original developer doesn't want to maintain it. |

Allow
read_image_datato use anything with theReadtrait rather than a path. This will make it much easier to use image data from places other than the filesystem.
