Follow-up to MicrosoftDocs#2099 that removed the need for manually configure project linker settings. The tutorial will now build out-of-the-box if adding all sources, IDL and ACL files to a Visual C++ project. This significantly reduces the need for documenting how to write a makefile that does the same.
