• These tests could only be patched once we have an up and running network: All Archive & Rosetta related tests
• We need a ci-bypass-upgrade-script-check, because upgrade/downgrade script are already well-tailored.

  • MIP 6 (slot reduction to 90s) implementation #18069, halving slot duration and remove zkapp soft limit
• MIP7
  • MIP Ref Impl: bump zkapp state size to 32 - against dev #18066
• MIP8
  • MIP Ref Impl: Increase events&actions limit #17573
• MIP9
  • MIP Ref Impl: Increase zkApp account update limit #17386
• Generally needed for HF
  • Bump protocol version in develop to 4.0.0 #18068
