Preparation for `mkdocs` based manual compilation: - prepares the "preview" (currently G85 = `main`) build for mkdocs, hence no manual page compilation in the cronjob as this will be moved to GitHub Actions. - `cron_grass_preview_build_binaries.sh`: remove all manual page compilations Disabling of old GRASS 8.3 source code tarball and Linux binary compilation: - update of `README.md` and `cron_job_list_grass` to disable G83 compilation (the [SEO] maintenance is too annoying)

The details are hard to evaluate, but the removed lines align with what I expected based on porting the doc build to GHA. |
