As discussed in #1284
This is working now on devtree. There are two displayed warnings -- one visible on the page, another appearing in the footer if someone clicks the radio button. Suggestions for this text are welcome!
UPDATE: Since TreeBASE is back online (as of Sept 2022), we'll hold back on this PR and see how things develop.
