Cleared the
unix/folder of any files to be processed byunix/prebuild.sh, and moved the respective files to theunix/prebuild/subfolder instead. Renamedinstall.txtback to its canonical nameINSTALLin the process, as this also solves the potential name conflict with theunix/installscript on case-insensitive file systems.
