@albert-de-montserrat does one require some specific CI additions for JOSS ?

Also, could we ideally have CSCS CI reported in the paper and enabled in the release that may be tagged along the paper?

@luraess the CSCS CI is already mentioned in the joss paper (submitted today). as soon as the review process has started ($\geq$ 1 week) we can update the release to a specific version. JOSS has a tendency to be rather slow from submission date to acceptance so we should not rush the release right now.

From a CI point of view it would be good to finish the CSCS one soon

Yep, I mean, it's mostly there. If we want to run the unit tests, one should see to maybe pin the CUDA version for a while to 5.8.2. IIRC pinning the OpenSSL jll to 3.0 fixed the remaining issue
