Adds the feature described in #26

UX considerations:

Placed at the end of the popover to avoid messing with the user's muscle memory.
Disabled when the diff isn't from GitHub (might be better to hide it entirely; i'm not sure)


          Add "Open in GitHub" button for GitHub diffs
