fix a bug when max(x$max) is the same as one of the breaks

Hi, when using peak files as the input track, sometimes the max(x$max) is the same as one of the pre-set breaks, therefore causing an error of non-unique breaks. I added a buffer to max(x$max) to avoid such error.
