Remaining problems

  • accurate calculations of beta_* (pressure gradient in CGYRO)
  • correct signs for Q and MACH after conversion to CGYRO from TJLF
  • population of default parameters and switches, in particular for TJLF
  • to reduce the number of file formats: maybe get rid of InputTGLF and make automatic conversion to inputTJLF?
