This adds synthesis support for inferred block memories with inital values. Tests are also added but they are not run as part of the
make -C testssuite. There are also two minor synth_quicklogic fixes. The PR includes the sim model extension from PR #8, which is now obsoleted.Cc @nakengelhardt
