What's this PR do?

Adds a select all checkbox to the column settings screen to allow for a mass select all or select none

How should this be manually tested?

• import a file
• leave recognize empty unchecked for all columns
• import a file with the same properties, but contains blanks for several columns
• --> ensure no change
• select all recognize empty on column settings
• import the same file (with the same properties, but contains blanks for several columns)
• --> ensure blanks have overwritten all relevant columns
