check_date has much the same meaning as
survey:date, so it'd be nice to include it inLAST_UPDATE. Actually it'd be nice to fall back on thetimestampas well, but that may need some bigger thinking.I'm not sure which conf is in use, so I changed them all. Except Road_netword_attribute_mapping.conf which is probably a misspelling which should be removed? netword -> network
