I like that it's very different to our normal content. I have a couple of things I wanted to say, though, which I was hoping you could incorporate

Firstly, it seems slightly one-sided. I'd at least like to see a bit more about how, if you were to try to rely on AI for therapy without also getting guidance from a therapist, it could potentially be dangerous because of the AI reinforcing negative thoughts. I've seen transcripts of cases online where, for example, an AI has been trying to please its user so has (for example) reinforced negative or paranoid thoughts

Secondly, it's very self-contained. Especially in a field we don't normally write about, I think it would be better if you could link out to other articles or news stories that back up your points and support what you're saying
