Add support for using stb_image to load images, draw bounding boxes, and add a demo.

rm -rf ./build && mkdir build && cd build
cmake ..  -DDEMO=ON
make -j8 && make install 
./detect-image-stb-demo ../images/xxx_in.jpeg ../images/xxx_out.jpeg
