Adds a badge next to the heirloom button:
The number reflects the quantity of highest rarity heirloom currently in temporary storage:
This allows the to keep track of their drops as they're doing their void maps, and to quickly see if they still have heirlooms before using the portal.
I'm not super happy about the black background on the badge, but it's hard enough to read the number with the shadows of the higher heirloom tiers as is.
