My take-away from JuliaLang/julia#42899 is that we should use
copyinstead ofdeepcopyfor RNGs. More generally, based on JuliaLang/julia#42899 (comment) we might also want to usecopyfor models and samplers (possibly requires definingcopyin a few downstream packages).
