Depends on #467 (adding features.sh to kernel images). Fixes #421.
Adds configure-liberty.sh which sets up the server to use
SERVER_NAMEas the server name. This is the first task that will get run viafeatures.shorconfigure.sh.Similar server name change on OL: OpenLiberty/ci.docker#331
