Closes #345

Changes

• Fixed the navbar hover effect that was applying an unwanted background color to the Learn button.
• Ensured the Learn button retains its own hover style without interference from the navbar.

Flags

• No breaking changes introduced.
• Made sure other navbar buttons are not affected by this fix.
