Core Upgrades
- Database & Infra Overhaul: Migrated to Turso, R2, and Upstash, plus a major Redis refactor.
- Framework Updates: Upgraded Postgres, Drizzle, and Clerk, alongside a Next.js patch for improved stability.

- Event Management: Super admins can now edit and delete events. Event locations are now supported.
- Registration Enhancements: Better file validation (PDF-only resumes), improved flow, and enhanced quality-of-life updates.
- RSVP & Admin Tools: Added RSVP badges, extra RSVP validation, and navigation toggles for admins.
- Messaging & Tickets: Early integration of a messaging and ticketing system.
- Skills in Admin Panel: View hacker skills directly from the admin dashboard.

- Bootstrap Removed: A leaner, Tailwind-based design.
