HackKit v0.9.0-alpha – Major Upgrades & Enhancements 🚀

Database & Infra Overhaul: Migrated to Turso, R2, and Upstash, plus a major Redis refactor.

Event Management: Super admins can now edit and delete events. Event locations are now supported.
Registration Enhancements: Better file validation (PDF-only resumes), improved flow, and enhanced quality-of-life updates.

Messaging & Tickets: Early integration of a messaging and ticketing system.

Bootstrap Removed: A leaner, Tailwind-based design.
Prettier Config + Tailwind Plugin: Improved dev experience and styling consistency.
Image Compression & New Pages: Faster load times and a new not-found.tsx page.

Bug Fixes

Fixed registration blocking issues, hackathon check-in scanner bugs, and event time display errors.
