This request adds three APIs and two internal APIS:
get_certs- retrieves the certificates for a specific member idset_cert- replaces a specific certificatedel_cert- deletes a specific certificateThe two internal APIs are:
_make_post- allows for a post request_make_delete- allows for a delete requestLimitations:
The LCR certificate system allows for files, but the API does not support files. This is future work.
