Upgrade to latest Node (20)
Upgrade to latest TypeScript and other packages
Upgrade to ESLint 9 and flat config
Migrate from eslint-plugin-import to eslint-plugin-import-x (maintained fork)
Migrate to ESM ("type": "module")
Remove unmaintained eslint packages (total-functions plugin, typed-fp config)
Update readme
Port from yarn to plain npm
Release new major version of this package
