Instead of having the same version of
register_meta_helper()floating around in child projects, this will use the newly added helpers in themantle-framework/supportpackage.Also declares
mantle-framework/supportas a dependency of the plugin template, which will ensure that any use of the support package is intentional (previously it was a transitive dependency).
