• Positioned logically after GitHub Discussions but before API resources
• Uses consistent formatting with existing resource links
• Includes descriptive text explaining the tool's purpose
• Removed unrelated package-lock.json changes to keep changeset focused

Done! Removed the package-lock.json changes from the changeset in commit cee48b4. The PR now only contains the MDX change adding the deepwiki AI documentation resource to the Catalyst overview.
