Consistently use StarDist (not sometimes stardist) in the main text. Mention use of drag & drop so the reader doesn't have to check out the links to have any idea what to do.

Remove old/unused files and update the QuPath groovy script for 0.5.x+ versions of QuPath
Note: the python scripts in case1 do not seem to work with many if any bioimageio/stardist versions, so I just downloaded the model zip manually and extracted it.
