According to the openrtb documentation, video.skip does not have a default value, so if the field is not provided in the json, we should not unmarshal it by default to 0 (non skippable).
The expected behaviour would be if the field is not provided, this field is set to nil, and we don't know whether or not the video is skippable.
Note: this is a breaking change, how do you plan do manage it ?
