Description

Add Xelis + Xelis Assets(Tokens) to Cake Wallet

This PR brings Xelis (Mainnet and Testnet) Support to Cake Wallet, including native assets in-wallet! Xelis is a fast and scalable BlockDAG, with its pillars being partial privacy, along with the upcoming mainnet deployment of XVM and the Silex SC programming language (live on testnet).

A snippet from this PR that I'm willing to add to other coins here in a future PR is the inclusion of amount information per-recipient in multi-tx details.

I have extended the checklist below to track the progress of my rebase to catch up to Cake's weekly releases and frequent commits. The state of this PR before the sync+rebase process can be viewed in the xelis-presync branch.

Other Notes

In order for new deps to cohabitate with existing ones in this PR, I have added some dependency override upgrades to the base pubspec template. They have remained unproblematic in my own tests, but any further review by your maintainers regarding this would be appreciated.
