Added guide for delivering remote images, describing two methods

1. using deliveryType=fetch
2. Auto upload via URL mapping

Thank you so much for adding this! In general, it's great: concise, helpful, and to the point. I added a handful of nitpicky comments, mostly about style and formatting. The biggest thing is to have a real live example here in the docs, with a real URL, showing the output of the component.
