I just validated the change on an identical instance running for Louvain projects, and it runs fine with python 3.8 and the proposed change. Openshift will automatically rebuild the service once the PR is merged, so no further intervention is needed. |

In view of the OpenShift4 upgrade, we have to migrate this service from python:3.5 to python:3.8-ubi8.
I attempted a rebuild with the new tag but it failed with the following error:
ERROR: No matching distribution found for MarkupSafe==1.0I hope that moving to a more recent version with solve this.
n.b.: the last build on OpenShift is 3 years old!
