This PR adds a callback named
onCellMovedThis was something i needed as part of my project, where i wanted to trigger some haptic feedback whenever a cell was dragged over another - this is quite common in apps that have drag and drop lists, so this could be useful to others.
Its a simple callback that is called whenever the new cell translate position determined.
