Add EC cluster validity verification, which takes effect when adding/editing clusters. Clusters that fail verification will have their erasure code button grayed out.
Display results
After selecting the associated erasure code cluster, it is necessary to provide the Consul address for registering the erasure code cluster. If the address is invalid or the provided cluster name cannot be used to find the corresponding cluster key/value configuration, it will trigger 'Blobstore Address Invalid'‘
