Still quite a bit left to do. Per Curtis, if I don't understand something (or presumably it is too time-consuming to precisely determine or ask about), it is left as a TODO, so that he or others can work on it, or myself, to submit in a later pull request.
Some of this is a result of best guesses, and often from inferences about type signatures, Expression.hs comments, online resources (e.g. for huber norm), and so forth. Hopefully some of this will be satisfactory, at least.
