Adding Early Stopping Feature

This commits adds early stopping feature, early stopping class is created by Bjarten/early-stopping-pytorch [link below]
Added several variables in config.yml:
1. early_stopping_flag: wether to enable early_stopping feature or not
2. early_stopping_patience: How many epochs of val_loss is changing only within the delta
3. early_stopping_delta: toolerance in val_loss where code will decide to EarlyStop!
