claude command generates invalid urls if org id not set

depot version 2.98.0 (2025-08-22)
https://github.com/depot/cli/releases/tag/v2.98.0

Unsure how/when this is supposed to be setup.

After running:

depot claude \                                                                 INT ✘ 
  --session-id feature-auth \
  --repository https://github.com/howdy/doody \
  --branch main \
  "Give me a general summary of this repository"

I get

✓ Claude sandbox started!
  Session ID: feature-auth
  Link: https://depot.dev/orgs//claude/feature-auth

When I run depot org list I see a bunch, but when I run depot org show it's empty.

So feel like this should probably failfast? Or the default org should be inferred? Unsure how y'all want to handle

Could you give a little more info about what environment you ran depot claude in? Is this in CI, on your laptop? How are you authenticating? It'd help to make this a bit easier to debug :)

@billyb2 locally. When I ran this I had depot org list showing a single org but when I ran depot org show it was empty. @jacobwgillespie mentioned this might have been due to an old way of how multi-org auth worked or something?
