Introduce the `@chat` annotation for calling LLM through Python annotations, providing a convenient way for developers to integrate LLM into their scripts. The documentation details installation, parameters, and example usage, available in both English and Chinese for broader accessibility.
Update the Portable IDE Service documentation to reflect new API functions and examples. This includes adding detailed descriptions and usage examples for new methods such as diff_apply, get_visible_range, and select_range.
